Mark is on vacation this week so we are trying to plan fun day trips for us and hoping for good weather! Today we went to Flamig Farms in Simsbury, CT. Yes, their official sign is "eggs" backwards". We thought Jack would really enjoy this experience but he enjoyed it from afar. I think Mark and Kristen had more fun feeding and touching the animals than Jack did. Our brave boy did not want to hand feed any of the animals and made friends with a Billy Goat because Jack let him eat right from the cup! Jack was more comfortable throwing feed to the chickens from behind some chicken wire. We were able to get home in advance of the summer thunderstorms!
